Therapeutic Benefits

I struggle hard with depression on and off. My little birdies always cheer me up when they want to attention, and hearing their songs in the morning helps me get out of bed when I’m having really bad days.

It’s so reassuring to see them safe and happy to see me. Almost nothing’s better than being greeted by an excited, singing, kissy-noise making bird on a crazy day away from home.

I had severe depression and they really helped by being there for me when no one else was.
